2. What data we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

3. Why we collect it

We process your personal data solely to fulfill your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and comply with our legal obligations under Austrian and EU law.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — necessary for the performance of a contract — and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with a legal obligation.

5. How long we keep your data

Order data is retained for 7 years in accordance with Austrian tax law (§ 132 BAO). After this period, data is deleted.

6. Who we share your data with

We share your delivery address and name with our fulfillment partner CJ Dropshipping solely for the purpose of shipping your order. We share order data with Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@getkitco.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
