2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through getkitco.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
3. Products and prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you pay.
4. Order process
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Payment
We accept payment via credit card and other methods available at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order.
6. Shipping
Orders ship from our warehouse in Germany via DHL. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within the EU. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services outside our control. Shipping is free on all orders.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@getkitco.com before returning the item. Items must be unused and in original condition.

9. Warranty
All products carry a 2-year statutory warranty under EU law. If your product is defective on arrival, contact us within 14 days at info@getkitco.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Graz, Austria. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
