Our 30-day guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions for return
- Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
How to start a return
Email us at info@getkitco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@getkitco.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, contact us and we will arrange the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.
EU statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer, including your 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
